Custom Signage and Artwork Development for Texas Businesses

Custom Signage and Artwork Development for Texas Businesses

Executive Summary

As part of a large-scale rebranding initiative, Gsource Technologies collaborated with multiple Texas-based businesses to redesign and standardize their brand signage and artwork. The project involved creating precise, fabrication-ready artwork and sign designs that aligned with updated branding guidelines and local signage standards.   From LED-illuminated monument signs to non-illuminated corporate logos and price changer displays, each design required a unique balance of aesthetics, technical accuracy, and compliance. Through careful coordination with client teams and creative precision, Gsource transformed conceptual sketches and color palettes into high-impact, production-ready signage that reflected each brand’s renewed identity.

Key Challenges

  • Aligning diverse client design preferences with technical feasibility and fabrication methods.

  • Ensuring brand colors matched the exact Pantone or CMYK references.

  • Maintaining structural and dimensional accuracy across multiple signage types and materials.

Approaches and Solutions

1. Fuel Price Changer and Jumbotron Display Design

  • Developed dimensionally accurate layouts for crown, jumbotron, and multi-type price changers.

  • Incorporated varied retainer sizes (1.5″ to 2″) and custom display configurations for Regular, Premium, and Diesel.

  • Delivered detailed CAD drawings with optimized proportions (e.g., Regular: 28.5″ × 64.5”, Premium/Diesel: 14.5″ × 35”).

  • Ensured scalability and fabrication readiness through vector-based artwork files.

2. Non-Illuminated Corporate Logo Artwork

  • Created clean vector artwork based on client-provided branding and logo sketches.

  • Applied Pantone 311C and CMYK 0.0.0.30 for precise brand color reproduction.

  • Designed for vinyl application on metal substrate, balancing visibility with a professional corporate finish.

  • Delivered final artwork optimized for fabrication and future digital use.

3. LED-Illuminated Monument Sign

  • Designed a square aluminum monument sign with cut-through lettering and acrylic backing.

  • Developed 3D artwork with brushed aluminum textures, maintaining proportions (H 58.5” × W 52.25” × D 12”).

  • Specified white LED illumination and CMYK color profiles for base and face finishes.

  • Prepared installation-ready artwork and fabrication drawings, including mounting and material specifications.

Final Outcome

  • Delivered three complete sign and artwork packages, each tailored to the client’s brand identity and material specifications.

  • Achieved 100% fabrication accuracy in color, dimensions, and lighting consistency across all samples.

  • Reduced client approval time by 35% through detailed digital previews and precise documentation.

  • Ensured fabrication-ready deliverables compliant with local Texas signage standards.
