1. Removal and Assessment
Safely removed and discarded all existing sign faces.
Inspected the structural elements to confirm suitability for reuse.
Followed ISO 45001 protocols throughout elevated work procedures.
2. Fabrication of New Sign Faces
Used white panaflex substrate for uniform illumination.
Applied 3M #7725-22 matte black film first-surface, with the wordmark weeded to expose the substrate.
Added digitally printed graphics with clear matte overlaminate for UV and weather protection.
Fabrication conducted under ISO 9001 quality controls for material consistency.
3. Finishes and Color Application
Painted pole cover retainer in black.
Painted reveal in Pantone Honey 1235C as per brand specifications.
4. Placement and Electrical Integration
Aligned raceway vertically with the previous installation location.
Centered the sign horizontally along the available façade.
Reconnected to the existing primary power following ISO 45001 safety protocols.
