Sandeep is a true visionary who has propelled Gsource Technologies to the forefront of the engineering and technology services landscape. His keen insights have played a pivotal role in the company's remarkable transitions across various industries.

Armed with a strong foundation in sales, technology, and customer service, Sandeep founded Gsource in 2009 in Pune with a bold vision: to revolutionize the consulting and recruiting sectors across diverse fields, including manufacturing, retail, civil engineering, and information technology.

In 2013, he identified a promising opportunity to enhance Gsource's efficiency in the engineering and technology services market. This foresight led to a major pivot from recruitment to specialized services in Civil CAD, GIS, and technology. Due to this strategic shift, Gsource flourished and emerged as a formidable global player by 2015. With a solid operational base in Florida and Ohio, the company expanded its reach and influence across the American landscape.

Now, as Sandeep leads Gsource into its next exciting phase, the focus is on exploring new horizons, including Mechanical Engineering, Drone Data Processing, Industrial Design, and the development of tailored NLP-based applications. Under his dynamic leadership, Gsource Technologies is setting the stage for an exhilarating future.

Pavan has been one of the founding pillars of Gsource Technologies, with his journey here beginning in 2012. Known for his calm demeanor and solution-oriented mindset, he has earned the nickname “The Solutionist” from many of our clients. Pavan’s commitment to learning and adopting new technologies has played a vital role in the growth and evolution of our services over the years.

Practical, modest, and highly approachable, Pavan wears many hats at Gsource. From training and mentoring new teams to standardizing documents, streamlining project management, identifying risks, and even lending a hand with HR and budgeting- he’s involved in it all. His well-rounded contributions continue to shape the company’s foundation and direction.

Pavan holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science with first-class honors. He soon plans to complete a project management certification from a leading U.S. university. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking with friends and family, especially in the scenic Western Ghats.

A graduate of Pune University, he began his career with a strong foundation and quickly made a mark through his results-oriented approach and strategic mindset.

Currently serving as the Head of Inside Sales at Gsource Technologies, Rahul brings a deep understanding of the company’s operations, having previously contributed at multiple levels, including collaborating directly with company presidents, marketing teams, and the board of directors. His expertise lies in change management, leadership development, and crafting impactful marketing strategies, all of which have played a pivotal role in his career growth.

McKinsey Duquette joined Gsource Technologies LLC in March 2023, bringing with her a strong background in management and administration shaped by diverse professional experiences. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Houghton University, where she majored in Recreation and minored in Business, Communication, and Psychology, a unique combination that equips her with a well-rounded perspective in client engagement and organizational dynamics.

In her current role as Associate Manager – Client Relations, McKinsey is known for her exceptional customer service, marked by active listening, thoughtful follow-up, and seamless cross-departmental communication. Her efforts directly support Gsource’s high client satisfaction and industry-leading retention rates.

Beyond the workplace, McKinsey finds balance through her love for nature and animals. She is an accomplished professional horseback rider and an avid outdoor rock climber. These unique pursuits reflect her discipline, focus, and adventurous spirit.
